Most of the reviews that I read from previous customers were positive, mentioning that the service was outstanding and that almost every employee looked like they were hired from a modeling agency. The Carillon Hotel Miami was a hot spot back in the 1950's and 1960's, and it appears that it has recently been restored and remodeled. This place is obviously intended for clients that are rather wealthy, and its location says it all. The Carillon Hotel Miami is located at Canyon Ranch, right on the ocean. It's beautiful structures overlook the white sands of Miami Beach and the land that it sits on looks much like a peninsula.

If you plan on traveling to beautiful Key West in the near future then you may want to know about some of the current rates for hotel rooms. The best deal that I found at Travelocity was for the Days Inn, which is charging roughly 95 dollars per night. Other affordable deals include the Doubletree Grand Key Resort, which is currently 143 dollars per night, and The Inn at Key West for 187 dollars per night. If you are planning a vacation on the fly then you might have to suck it up and pay these rates. However, I am sure that booking far in advance will save you a lot of money in the end.

On the other hand, if you do not care about prices and you want to stay somewhere gorgeous then you can book a room at the Little Palm Island Resort. This resort can only be visited with the help of a boat or a seaplane, and every suite has an ocean view. This place is aesthetically beautiful as well, and I suggest that you check out some photographs of it even if you do not plan on staying there.

I would say that now is generally not a good time to book a room in Key West and that you would be better off planning for a future vacation.
